Courses

Find the right place to start

Four courses that run in sequence — letters, then fluency, then beauty, then memory. Most people begin further back than they expect, and that is completely normal.

The path

How the four courses fit together

You do not have to take all four. Many adults come only for Tajweed; many children stop happily after Nazra. Start where you are.

Recognise

Noorani Qaida — every letter, its correct sound, and how letters join into words.

Read

Quran Reading — fluency, page by page, until reading is effortless rather than effortful.

Refine

Tajweed — the rules that turn correct reading into correct recitation.

Retain

Hifz — memorisation, with the revision structure that makes it stick.

Noorani Qaida

Your child learns to recognise every Arabic letter, say it correctly, and join letters into words. This is where reading the Quran actually begins.

  • Recognise and pronounce all 28 Arabic letters from the correct point of articulation
  • Read letters joined into words without guessing or memorising shapes
  • Apply short vowels, tanween, sukoon and shaddah with confidence

Quran Reading

Once the letters click, fluency is the goal. Students read the Quran page by page with a teacher correcting every mistake in the moment.

  • Read any page of the Quran fluently and without hesitation
  • Apply the core Tajweed rules while reading, not as a separate exercise
  • Complete a full Nazra (cover-to-cover reading) of the Quran

Intermediate to Advanced Ages 8+ and adults

Tajweed

Tajweed is the difference between reading the words and reciting them properly. We teach the rules, then drill them until they are automatic.

  • Pronounce every letter from its correct makhraj, including the ones English speakers habitually merge
  • Apply the rules of noon saakin, meem saakin, madd, qalqalah and ghunnah correctly
  • Hear your own mistakes — the skill that makes progress self-sustaining

Committed Ages 7+ and adults

Hifz

Hifz fails on revision, not memorisation. Every student gets a daily sabaq, a weekly sabqi, and a rolling manzil — the system that actually holds.

  • Memorise new portions daily at a pace matched to your life, not a fixed quota
  • Retain what you memorised through structured sabqi and manzil revision
  • Recite long portions from memory without prompting

Quran Reading Beginner to Intermediate Ages 6+ 12–24 months $50/mo
Tajweed Intermediate to Advanced Ages 8+ and adults 6–12 months $50/mo
Hifz Committed Ages 7+ and adults 3–5 years (full Hifz) $100/mo

Durations are honest averages, not promises. A student practising between classes moves considerably faster than one who does not.

Still not sure which course you need?

That is exactly what the free trial is for. A teacher assesses the student properly and tells you honestly where to start.
